The Story Behind CatchRabit
Share
“Be home later. Gone to catch a rabit.”
That was the note.
Written by my wife’s grandfather to his wife over 80 years ago.
He was Italian. She was English. His English was broken, but his meaning was clear. He was heading out to catch dinner. A real rabbit.
We found that note years later, and it stopped us in our tracks.
He had misspelled “rabbit” with just one B.
But somehow, that made it even better. More human. More real.
Since then, “Catch a Rabit” became a phrase in our house.
When we closed a deal.
When we shipped a product.
When we made something out of nothing.
We’d say,
“Go catch a rabbit.”
It meant: Go out there. Get what’s yours. Make it happen. Provide.
That’s what this brand is about.
CatchRabit is for anyone chasing something.
A driver. A card. A dream.
A version of themselves that’s just out of reach.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about showing up.
One B short.
And still going.
